8/2/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program setting, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP with moderate emotions. During morning observations, the client exhibited difficulty achieving his target objectives of positive anger management skills, self control and positive anger management skills. During midday observations, the client interacted with his peers and authority in an inappropriate manner and threw a chair. During afternoon observations, the client was able to regain focus. QMHP greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program setting. During morning observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of achieving his target objectives by reducing frequency of anger outburst, self control, and positive anger management skills. During midday observations, QMHP praised the client for utilizing positive behavior management skills. During afternoon observations, QMHP encouraged the client to continue making positive decisions and achieving ISP objectives. QMHP praised the client for a job well done. The client responded well towards summer program session as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. During morning observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by refusing to follow directives, positive anger management skills, and using inappropriate language. During midday observations, the client positively engaged with peers during activities. During afternoon observations, the client communicated that the client had completed all ISP objectives and was happy. The client informed that he would continue to make positive decisions.
